How to Apply
During the Sunnyvale School District open enrollment in February, you must complete an application at your home school. Your home school is the public elementary school your child would attend based on the location of your residence (look it up at: http://www.schfinder.com/sunnyvalesd/). Along with this application, you will need to fill out an "Open Enrollment" form indicating your interest in the Fairwood Explorer Program.
Enrollment forms are available online during the enrollment period. Acceptance is determined by lottery in mid-March. Parents are notified of acceptance or waitlist status by end of April.
